Mrs. Jessica Klemann

4K Preschool

From Mrs. Klemann:

It has been such a blessing to be able to teach young children in so many different ways throughout the years.

I have the privilege of teaching the 4K class this year.  We follow the High Scope philosophy of early childhood education that addresses all areas of child development.  Christ Alone Lutheran Preschool exists to partner with families in providing an early childhood education where three and four year olds can grow spiritually, intellectually, physically, socially, and emotionally. By using God’s Word as the foundation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum along with the guidance of a dedicated and caring staff, our students will see God’s will fulfilled on a daily basis.

I grew up in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and am the oldest of five children.  I attended Winnebago Lutheran Academy and participated in Track, Choir, Piano & Organ lessons, and Yearbook staff.

I graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran College in 1997 with elementary and early childhood education degrees.  My first call was to an ELS congregation in Naples, FL where I started and ran a year round preschool and child care center for three years.  I moved back to WI, got married in 2000, and started teaching kindergarten at Calvary Lutheran, Thiensville which is now Christ Alone Lutheran School (CALS).  I taught kindergarten and preschool for three years.  Then I stayed home to take care of my three children, work on Synod certification, substitute teach, and teach piano lessons.  I returned to teaching at CALS in 2016 as the 3K & 4K preschool teacher. Currently, I am working on special education classes.

My husband and I have three children.  We enjoy spending time with our children, attending their events and traveling with them.  I love to read, sew, and spend time outside hiking, biking, and gardening.

Favorite Bible Passage

Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.  Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.  Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this.
